fiesta CATERING POLICIES & INFO:

All Catering Fiestas Include:

  • Taco Truck or Pop-Up Grills

  • Taco Chef and Assistant(s) as Needed

General Info:

  • Taco Truck is available April 1st - December 1st.

  • Taco Truck hours are dependent on fiesta size.

  • Pop-Up Fiestas are available June 1st - September 15th.

  • Pop-Up Fiestas include up to 2 hours of service (1 hour of set-up, 1.5 hours of serving, .5 hours clean-up/break-down). Each additional hour is charged at $200 per hour.

  • Fiestas for more than 200 people, time is negotiable.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel a party for a full refund up to two weeks (14 days) before your fiesta date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than two weeks from the party date.

  • Heavy rains and/or wind don’t allow for proper/safe grilling! As a result, parties may be rescheduled within 24 hours of the fiesta date due to inclement weather. Rain dates are scheduled upon availability. Deposits are returned for weather cancelations.

Taxes & Fees::

  • Fiestas that are more than 20 miles from Hull, MA may have an additional gas/travel fee.

  • Current tax rate will be applied to all fiestas.

  • Local health department permit fees are applied to the final bill.
